Bowery Bijou

Recipe by Sal Milazzo

What you need:

  • dash orange bitter
  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz green chartreuse
  • 2 oz Queens Courage

How you do it:

Combine ingredients in a mixing vessel with ice. Stir (don’t shake) and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel (optional).
