What you need:

  • 2 ounces Queens Courage
  • 1/2 ounce Suze
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 2-1/2 to 3 ounces Ginger Beer (Bundaberg)

How you do it:

Shake gin, Suze, and lemon with ice, pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass, topping off with ginger beer, then stir briefly to combine. Garnish with a lemon wheel, if you like.
