Frozen Blood Orange Negroni

What you need:

  • 1/2 oz blood orange juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Queens Courage
  • Blender

How you do it:

Combine ingredients in a blender along with 1-2 cups of ice (the smaller your ice, the less you use). Blend on medium to a slushy consistency. Pour into glass and garnish with a blood orange peel (optional).

Alternate preparation: Shake ingredients vigorously with ice.  Strain into rocks glass and garnish with a blood orange peel (optional).
