What you need:
- 1.5oz Queens Courage Gin
- 1.0oz Ginger & Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.5oz Creme de Coconut
- 0.25oz Lime Juice
How you do it:
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon (optional).
Ginger & Cinnamon Syrup: Toast 1 cup of raw coconut in pan until lightly browned, add 2.5 cups water, 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 cup cubed and muddled ginger and three large orange zests. Bring to boil. Add 1oz dried hibiscus and 1 tbs honey and turn off heat. Stir in 1 cup sugar. Steep for 12-16 hrs and strain.
