Lavender Collins

What you need:

  • 1/2 oz lavender syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Queens Courage

How you do it:

Combine ingredients, except seltzer, in a collins glass filled with ice. Shake and return to glass. Fill with seltzer and garnish with lemon peel (optional).

Lavender Syrup: pour 1 cup hot simple syrup over 3 tablespoons of dried lavender. Steep for 12-16 hrs and strain.
