Strawberry Lemonade Collins

What you need:

  • 1/2 oz strawberry puree
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Queens Courage

How you do it:

Combine ingredients in a pint glass or mason jar filled with ice. Shake and return to glass. Top with fresh ice.

Strawberry Puree: Wash and stem 16oz of fresh strawberries. Blend with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (optional) and 1/2 oz lemon juice (optional) until smooth.
